Welcome. My name is Rashel and I have over 20 years working in mental health and addictions. I use a variety of modalities to get you the best version of yourself that you can be.  I am a short-term solution focused therapist. I am currently accepting preteens through adulthood, EAP and private pay clients at this time.

We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.  We are LGBTQ+ and racially unbiased provider . We accept referrals from   pre-teen ages through adulthood.
